Do you offer gluten free and/or vegan cupcakes?

Yes, we offer vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free cupcake options. Please note that our kitchen handles common allergens, so we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have specific requirements, please let us know when ordering.

How far in advance should I order cupcakes?

We recommend placing your cupcake order 3–5 days in advance, especially for weekends and special occasions. Need something sooner? Send us a email at hello@sugarmamas.se with the subject line “URGENT”—we’ll always try to help if we can.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. Our minimum order is 12 standard cupcakes or 24 mini cupcakes.

Yes! We deliver across Greater Stockholm. Delivery within Stockholm is 449 SEK. If you're outside central Stockholm, we'll calculate the delivery cost and confirm it before you place your order.

For corporate orders, hand delivery starts at 599 SEK excl. VAT. If your delivery is outside central Stockholm, we'll calculate the cost before you confirm your booking.

Do you deliver?

Do you require a deposit?

Due to the elaborate nature of our cupcakes, preparation for your order begins days in advance, and we bake the cupcakes to order. For this reason, we ask for a 50% deposit in order to account for all the necessary preparations, and avoid unnecessary food waste.

Where are your cupcakes made?

Our cupcakes, along with every element of our products–including caramels, ganaches, jams, and curds–are all handmade in house at our home baking studio in Stockholm.
