Do you offer gluten free and/or vegan cupcakes?

Yes, we offer vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free cupcake options, and we do our best to accommodate dietary preferences. Please note that our kitchen handles common allergens, so we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have specific requirements, just let us know when ordering.
How far in advance should I order cupcakes?

For corporate orders, we recommend placing your cupcake order at least 7–10 days in advance, especially for weekends and special occasions. Need something sooner? Send us a email at hello@sugarmamas.se with the subject line “URGENT”—we’ll always try to help if we can.
Do you offer delivery?

We’re happy offer to hand delivery for corporate orders at the cost of 599 SEK excl. VAT. For deliveries outside of Stockholm (and within the Greater Stockholm Area), we will calculate the cost for you and let you know before you confirm your order.
How many cupcakes should I order?

A good rule of thumb is 1 cupcake or 2 mini cupcakes per guest, plus a few extras (trust us—people usually go back for seconds). For larger events, we’re happy to help you estimate the right quantity.
Can you customize the design or colors?

Of course! We can match themes, brand colors, images and logos, or inspiration photos. The more details you share, the better we can bring your idea to life.
Do you offer VAT receipts?

Yes we do! With every order, you will receive a PDF invoice for your records.
Where are your cupcakes made?

Our cupcakes, along with every element of our products–including caramels, ganaches, jams, and curds–are all handmade in house at our baking studio in Stockholm.
