What can I send?
A beautifully boxed set of standard or mini cupcakes, with flavours selected just for your recipient. Minimum orders start at 6 standard or 12 mini cupcakes.
Can I personalise my box?
Yes! You can add edible logos, a hand-written card, a printed message, or have your buttercream matched to your brand colours. Personalisation options are quoted separately.
Where can you deliver?
We hand-deliver across Greater Stockholm to ensure your gift arrives fresh and looking its best. Just share your preferred date, time and delivery address so we can confirm availability.
How much will it cost?
Your quote is based on quantity, flavours, personalisation and delivery. Tell us what you have in mind, and we’ll put together a custom proposal for you.

Do you offer gluten free and/or vegan cupcakes?

Yes, we offer vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free cupcake options, and we do our best to accommodate dietary preferences. Please note that our kitchen handles common allergens, so we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have specific requirements, just let us know when ordering.
How far in advance should I order cupcakes?

We recommend placing your gift order 10–15 days in advance, especially during high seasons and special occasions. Need something sooner? Send us a email at hello@sugarmamas.se with the subject line “URGENT”—we’ll always try to help if we can.
Do you offer delivery?

We’re happy offer to hand delivery for corporate orders at the cost of 649 SEK excl. VAT, with flexible timing. For deliveries outside of Stockholm (and within the Greater Stockholm Area), we will calculate the cost for you and let you know before you confirm your order.
Do you offer VAT receipts?

Yes we do! With every order, you will receive a PDF receipt for your records.
Can I customize the design or colors?

Absolutely. We can match themes, colors, logos, or inspiration photos. The more details you share, the better we can bring your idea to life!
Do you require a deposit?

Due to the elaborate nature of our cupcakes, preparation for your order begins days in advance, and we bake the cupcakes to order. For this reason, we require a 50% deposit for your order in order to account for all the necessary preparations, and avoid unnecessary food waste.
