Do you offer gluten free and/or vegan cupcakes?

Yes, we offer vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free cupcake options, and we do our best to accommodate dietary preferences. Please note that our kitchen handles common allergens, so we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have specific requirements, just let us know when ordering.
How far in advance should I order cupcakes?

We recommend placing your cupcake order 3–5 days in advance, especially for weekends and special occasions. Need something sooner? Send us a email at hello@sugarmamas.se with the subject line “URGENT”—we’ll always try to help if we can.

Sugar Mama’s doesn’t do simple. Our cupcakes are bold, colorful, and unapologetically indulgent, designed to stand out in a bakery scene that often leans more traditional and minimal. We believe cupcakes should be exciting to eat, not just nice to look at. That’s why we focus on generous fillings, complimentary textures, and flavors that keep people coming back for another bite.
Can I order cupcakes for corporate events?

You sure can! Corporate deliveries can be arranged for any day and time. Contact us for a quote or reach out through our order form and we can contact you.
Yes! We are pleased to offer delivery across Greater Stockholm. Delivery within Stockholm is 449 SEK. For locations outside central Stockholm, we’ll calculate the delivery cost and confirm it with you before you place your order. For corporate orders, we also offer hand delivery at the cost of 599 SEK excl. VAT. For deliveries outside of Stockholm (and within the Greater Stockholm Area), we will calculate the cost for you and let you know before you confirm your order.

Can I customize the design or colors?

Of course! We can match themes, colors, images, or inspiration photos. The more details you share, the better we can bring your idea to life.
Due to the elaborate nature of our cupcakes, preparation for your order begins days in advance, and we bake the cupcakes to order. For this reason, we ask for a 50% deposit in order to account for all the necessary preparations, and avoid unnecessary food waste.

Our cupcakes, along with every element of our products–including caramels, ganaches, jams, and curds–are all handmade in house at our home bakery in Stockholm.
